Project #1 - Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner Install - Geelong
The Brief:
Remove old underfloor Gas Ducted Heater. Install a new Daikin 16kw Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner, to heat and cool both upstairs and downstairs in a double story house.
New insulated ducts to be installed to a total of 11 ceiling outlets (4 upstairs and 7 downstairs). There will be 4 zones installed, with an extra temperature sensor installed upstairs to allow precise temperature control and energy efficiency.
The removal of a Gas Ducted Heater, meant our customer was entitled to the Victorian Energy Upgrade Rebate (VEU).
Project #2 - Split System Install - Essendon
The Brief:
Install a new 7.2kw ActronAir Split System to provide heating and cooling in the open plan dining/living area.
The indoor unit is to be installed on the dining room wall, with the outdoor unit installed directly on the other side of the wall, mounted on wall brackets.
Project #3 - Evaporative Cooler Changeover - Williamstown
The Brief:
Our technician attended an Evaporative Cooler which had broken down.
As it was the motor which needed replacing, due to the age of the unit, our customer opted to replace the whole unit with a new Brivis Contour Evaporative Cooler.
Project #4 - Gas Ducted Heater replacement - Gisborne
The Brief:
Replace the old internal Heater with a new Brivis Starpro Gas Ducted Heater and connected it to existing ducts.
In just under 2 hours, our installation team swapped out the Gas Ducted Heater and replaced it with a new energy efficient model.
Project #5 - Multi-Head Split System Install - Angelsea
The Brief:
To install a new multi-head split system into a newly built extension. As its a new build, the owners have opted for indoor units to be concealed in the wall and bulkhead, with only a slimline grille visible, for a clean, modern look.
The ActronAir outdoor unit is to be located on the roof, powering 1x 3.5kw indoor unit in a lounge area and 1x 7.1kw indoor unit in a larger open plan living/dining area.
Both indoor units are controlled separately with their own wall controllers.
Project #6 - Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning system install - Werribee
The Brief:
Remove old Gas Ducted Heater and ducts located in roof, and install a new Mitsubishi Electric 16kw Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning system.
New insulated ducts to be installed, along with 5 Zone Motors. Existing outlets replaced with 8 new multi-directional outlets. A new AirTouch 5 controller installed and 5 Zones set up.
Existing Return Air Grille located in hallway to be upgraded to a larger size, as required. Outdoor power point to be installed for Outdoor Unit.

Project #7 - Add On Refrigerated Cooling Install - Essendon
The Brief:
Replace old Add On Cooling system with new.
Changeover both indoor and outdoor units and connect to existing Gas Ducted Heater, Ducts and Zone Motors.
Project #8 - Split System Install - Geelong
The Brief:
Install a new 6kw Split System to provide heating and cooling in the open plan kitchen/living area.
The wall on which the indoor unit is to be installed is an internal wall (doesn’t adjoin an external wall). The outdoor unit is to be installed on wall brackets on an external wall, and connected to the indoor unit.
