Has your Brivis Gas Ducted Heater broken down? Or need replacing?

At Martin Heating & Cooling, we specialise in Gas Ducted Heater repairs, services and installs. In fact, we are so good at it, we are an Authorised Brivis Service Agent, attending to their service and repairs in Geelong and Melbourne’s West.

Gas Ducted heating is an energy efficient and cozy to heat your whole house, and in our experience, these heaters are reliable and long lasting. But, like cars, they can break down as they get older or due to wear and tear.

Unfortunately they tend to do this when they are being used the most – in winter! Fortunately, there are a few things you can check yourself that may get your heater back up and running…

Troubleshooting guide

Before lodging a call out, have a look at our Brivis remote controller troubleshooting guide.

Didn’t work? Well it was worth a shot! Give us a call on 1300 146 525 or fill out our online service request form and we will send out one of our experienced Gas Technicians. Please check to see if you are in our Service Area first.

Brivis Gas Ducted Heater Repairs

As authorised Brivis Gas Ducted Heating service agents, we carry the most common parts you will need to repair your heater. So the majority of the time we can get your heater up and running with just 1 visit.

Not to brag, but we are pretty good at what we do and we care! We respect our customers and will always give you our honest opinion. We definitely do not change over parts unless they are needed and will always advise you of the cost of parts before replacing anything.

Is your unit broken down and still under warranty? You can lodge a warranty call out with Brivis. Note: General Services, Ductwork/installation faults, User error or non-unit issues are not considered under warranty.

Not under warranty? No worries, contact us and we can send out one of our Gas Technicians.

Brivis Gas Ducted Heater General Services

Has it been 2 years since your last service? Brivis recommend a General Service every 2 years or 1500 run hours. See Why book a General Service?

If a little spanner pops up on your screen, this could indicate it’s either time for a General Service or indicate a fault with your unit. You can check this by pressing Fn then key 1 on your controller.

If it says “Fan run hours indicate it is time for a service call” then you are due for a General Service.
