Why book a General Service for your Brivis Gas Ducted Heater or Evaporative Cooler?

Have you had a spanner symbol pop up on your screen?

This may be a reminder it’s time to get your unit serviced. Brivis recommend your unit gets a General Service every 2 years or 1500 hours of use.

If a spanner pops up on your screen, you can check to see if its time for a General Service by pressing Fn then key 1 on your controller.

If it says “Fan run hours indicate it is time for a service call” then you are due for a General Service. Any other error will indicate an issue, see our Repairs page for more info.

What gets done during a General Service? It varies slightly from model to model, but technician will –
