What gets done during a General Service, varies slightly from model to model. Your technician will:

• Cleaning of the condensor coil
• Check Refrigerant levels (to ensure there are no refrigerant leaks)
• Clean and test the electrical and mechanical components. (such as the fan motors, compressor, and valves)
• Check for any wear and tear to the components
• Ensure the system is operating efficiently and to manufacturers specifications (to reduce running costs and increasing life span)
• Inspect that the installation is safe and meets regulations.
